for you lucky lads and ladies who have received a hogwarts letter, you'll find exactly what you need in here. there is an application, but at least you won't have to wrestle a troll!

it's damp, dark and dreary down here. it makes the perfect location for the slytherin common room. it's sad to think that the hufflepuff's have to reside so near to them. it's even sadder to think that our food comes from this far under!

the first floor is best know for containing the main entrance hall, the grand staircase, and the great hall, but also many class rooms reside here. including defense against the dark arts and history of magic.

many of our classes are held on this floor! hurry up - it's best not to be late for any of your classes! also, the bathrooms can be found on this floor.

there are plenty of classrooms and other mysteries located on this floor. mostly this floor is known best by the quidditch teams and pranksters of hogwarts. that's right, the hospital wing can be found here.

the most notable thing on this floor would be the library, which houses so many books that you'd be in there for the rest of your life if you tried to read even just half of them!

are you a prefect or head boy or girl? well, then you're in luck!this floor houses the bathrooms for the head boy and girl and also the prefects. to the students who don't have those rankings: don't even try to get in here, we will catch you!

there's not much up here, for some odd reason. It might just be one of the mysteries of hogwarts!

up here is the room of requirement (a handy sort of place), the office of our headmaster, the divination class room, and a few other classes!

located in the towers are the gryffindor common room and the ravenclaw common room, along with the owlery and a place to see the stars!

interested in taking a stroll on the lawns? taking a seat in the court yard? flying laps around the quidditch pitch? wading in the black lake? sneaking into the forbidden forest? or doing anything mischievous or usual - as usual as wizards can get, that is - outdoors, this is where you'll come. the grounds of hogwarts are plenty and beautiful.

in close proximity to hogwarts, this little village is always full of students - whether they should be there or not. it is also the only pure wizarding village in the country.

the countries biggest metropolis, beneath the muggle exterior lies a world of magic including shops, pubs, the wizarding bank, knockturn alley, hospital and the ministry of magic.

relationship charts are so two years ago. go ahead and post want ads and such here. all characters need some love.

whether you're writing back and forth between a parent and yourself or just another student in hogwarts, this is where you're letter will go.

these games can be in or out of character, but please remember to specify which they are. the admin will try and post a bundle of games, but members are welcome to post their own.

perhaps your character keeps a journal or a photo album with them. whatever they may have along those lines, will go here.
